1. Agreement to Terms

2. Account Registration and Security

4. Intellectual Property

6. Tournaments, Competitions, and Rewards
Tournaments, contests, and competitions on Defghij.pro are subject to specific rules posted on each event page. By participating, you agree to those additional rules. Rewards, prizes, virtual currency, and in-game items are non-transferable and have no cash value unless expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of cheating, tampering, or violating event rules; to modify tournament formats; to adjust prize pools; and to cancel, suspend, or reschedule events without prior notice. All decisions regarding tournaments are final and binding.

7. Virtual Currency, Purchases, and Refunds
We may offer virtual currency, premium memberships, or in-game content for purchase. All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside our platform. Prices, rewards, and availability are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Defghij.pro, including all games, content, and services, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, nor do we warrant that the platform will meet your specific expectations. Your use is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Defghij.pro shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Travis County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

12. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, access to the platform, or any services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Defghij.pro, and any virtual currency, rewards, or content associated with your account may be forfeited.

13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Defghij.pro regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
